On1 Vs Capture One. With On1 Raw Photo RAW they started from. On top of that there are subscription options and perpetual licences. I also though my images were fairly sharp from ON1 - not so apparently. Note that weve already examined how Alien Skin Exposure and Capture One compare to Lightroom here at Photography Life.
It might just be a big enough editor for me to use though I suspect I might not be able to use it for non photo layered documents but that is a non-photo related issue for later. The standard version of Capture One supports a range of cameras but the company also sells versions at lower price points that are tailored for Sony and Fujifilm cameras. I also though my images were fairly sharp from ON1 - not so apparently. There seems to be much concern about which software does a good job of Fuji files. Capture One exceeds at photo cataloging editing RAW files and working with tethered photography. With ON1 youll get all the basic and advanced options for pro-level photo editing and still have them on softwares intuitive interface.

I get a lot of questions about some of these versions and so in this post I will attempt to break down the differences and offer advice on which version you should get. It is difficult to name an absolute winner in the Luminar vs Capture One stand-off.
