On the Internet this particular issue seems to be quite common.
They are both very delicate and will scratch if anything touches them. That dust will NOT be in your photograph. Ignore it or get it cleaned professionally. It wont show up in the image as youve noted and doesnt really hurt anything but it is annoying. 12272015 Be careful not to touch either the mirror or the screen. If your diopter is adjusted incorrectly for your eyes you will not see a sharp image in the viewfinder at this point.
